Visionary Institute & The Manzo Company Expand Partnership and Make First Acquisition

The firms of two commercial real estate veterans have recently joined forces. Richard A. Flier of the Visionary Institute, based in Londonderry, NH and Michael A. Manzo of The Manzo Company, LLC, based in Boston, MA have formed Visionary Partners, to seek out unique, value-added real estate development opportunities throughout greater Boston and southern New Hampshire. Joining the duo are Michael K. Manzo, partner at The Manzo Company and newly named president of Visionary Partners, and William J. Byrne, Jr., partner at The Manzo Company.

Additionally, Visionary Partners is excited to announce its latest acquisition, in partnership with Q. Peter Nash, a Nashua, NH based developer involved in multiple Industrial Parks in southern New Hampshire. The group has acquired over 40 acres of industrial zoned land off Aviation Park Drive in Londonderry, NH adjacent to the Manchester Boston Regional Airport. The site represents one of the last remaining large-scale parcels with expansion capabilities in the red-hot southern NH region and has gas, sewer and water utilities.

The site can be developed for mixed uses including industrial, flex and office and is capable of handling upwards of a 300,000 sq. ft. footprint with potential expansion options. The group is now actively marketing the site for build-to-suit options for either lease or sale.
