Three New Tenants welcomed to Walpole Station Business Center


The Parched Painter, Medical Equipment Company and Dan Busler Photography all joined the tenant roster at Walpole Station Business Center in the first half of 2014. 

Owner Representative, Michael K. Manzo welcomes the newest tenants: “The first half of 2014 has been busy at the WSBC as we’ve welcomed three new tenants into the mix.  Our new offerings of smaller professional office suites have been very effective with local businesses in the region and we expect continued interest to remain strong.”

Walpole Station Business Center is a mixed-use property comprising approximately 315,000 gross square feet situated near the town center of Walpole, Massachusetts. Uses include office, light industrial, retail and storage.

The property was originally built in 1897 and expanded in 1951 with ongoing various improvements and renovations. The complex is comprised of six interconnected multi-story buildings, and approximately 285 parking spaces that are made available on a daily-pay basis to commuters. The complex is immediately adjacent to the MBTA Walpole commuter rail station.
