PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT – New Hampshire Science Park

1 Aviation Park Drive, Londonderry, NH

New Hampshire Science Park is The Manzo Company’s first project as part of Visionary Partners, a partnership with Richard A. Flier and The Visionary Institute of Londonderry, NH. Visionary Partners was formed to seek out unique, value-added development opportunities in greater Boston and southern, New Hampshire.

Visionary Partners, in partnership with Q. Peter Nash, a Nashua, NH based developer involved in multiple Industrial Parks in southern New Hampshire, has acquired approximately 42 acres of prime industrial zoned land off of Aviation Park Drive adjacent to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Londonderry, NH and at the confluence of one of the best interstate highway systems in New England.

The development concept will focus on higher end users including manufacturing, research and technology, in addition to complimentary warehousing and distribution. A portion of the site has also been earmarked for a possible anaerobic digester operation which could provide users and tenants of the park an immediate source of clean, green and cost effective energy.

The development team has spent over two years working with the landowners, Town of Londonderry, State of New Hampshire. Federal Aviation Commission and the Manchester Airport Authority to shape this exciting concept.

The NHSP is ready to “Go” and has garnered support at all levels. Appropriate zoning is in place and all municipal utilities, including gas, electric, sewer and water, are available at the site.

The development team is open to a variety of structures including build-to-suit, long-term lease or joint venture proposals. Our timing is immediate with a top-notch team of designers, engineers and construction managers at the ready.

Contact The Manzo Company for more information on this truly unique and exciting opportunity.
